Aromatisation & transportation
We have a wide range of aromatisation equipment that is able to adapt to the most demanding products. We also have a range of more affordable equipment manufactured for companies specialising in gourmet and high-end products. This is equipment with completely editable settings, both in the arrangement of its main elements and in their characteristics, thereby enabling total adaptation to all kinds of needs.
Our aromatisation equipment analyses the amount of product and, through personalised recipes, obtains the values required to obtain continuous and precise dosing. It is also able to change between recipes at any time, thereby enabling greater flexibility and reducing production change times.
Thanks to Go Sync technology, our equipment transports the product along the curved conveyor, preventing breakages and flavour release. After this, the dosing system applies the right amount of flavour thanks to the worm gear and the stirrer that maintains the flavour in perfect condition for longer. Finally, the distribution comb, designed to make a specific movement, creates a uniform curtain of flavour over the product inside the drum mixer.
